C.S. DAVIDSON, INC. ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES

The Board of Directors of C.S. Davidson, Inc. has announced several top leadership changes at the firm. The changes are part of the firm’s transition plan and growth strategy.
John A. Klinedinst, P.E. has been elected as the fifth President and Chief Executive Officer in C.S. Davidson’s 85-year history. “I look forward to the challenge of my new role, in partnership with my fellow employee-owners, in the continued success of our firm,” says Mr. Klinedinst. Employed at the firm for 37 years, Klinedinst was previously Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
In addition to Mr. Klinedinst’s promotion, C.S. Davidson, Inc. has made the following leadership changes:
- - David M. Davidson, Jr., P.E., the previous President/CEO, will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors and has been named Chief Financial Officer. David has been employed at the firm, founded by his grandfather, for 34 years.
- - William F. Sauers, P.E. was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Bill previously served as Vice President/Structural Services. He joined the firm in 1988 and has recently concentrated on geographic expansion of the firm.
- - Richard G. Resh, previously Vice President/Administrative Services, was appointed Projects Administrator to provide corporate oversight to the firm’s Project Management system. Rick has been employed at the firm for 45 years.
- - Gregory L. Myers was appointed Chief Administrative Officer, and will be responsible for all administrative support functions including professional and technical training. Greg has served as both Marketing Manager and Human Resources Manager during his 9 years with the firm.

C.S. DAVIDSON SELECTED AS MANHEIM TOWNSHIP ENGINEER OF RECORD

C.S. Davidson, Inc.’s Jeffrey S. Shue, P.E. has been selected by Manheim Township, Lancaster County to serve as their appointed Engineer of Record. Mr. Shue has more than 20 years of municipal engineering experience and currently serves as the manager of the Municipal/Civil Department. Manheim Township is C.S. Davidson’s first municipal client in Lancaster County.

C.S. Davidson, Inc .was selected as the recipient of the 2007 Central Penn Business Journal Business of the Year Award in the "101 + Employees" category. The award is presented to a business that shows outstanding contributions to the Central Pennsylvania business community. Significant criteria include leadership, community service, innovation, and a demonstrated committment to personal and corporate growth.
To be eligibile, nominees need to be for-profit, privately held companies with headquarters in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, or York counties.
