S. Davidson, Inc. oversaw both the design and construction phases of this project, creating a new streetscape with the addition of new curb and sidewalk improvements.  C. S. Davidson, Inc. has implemented several "traffic calming" measures including curb flares and a street realignment to reduce traffic speeds.  Brick crosswalks reminiscent of turn-of-the-century brick and Belgian block crosswalks have been included in the project to add a nostalgic flare to the neighborhood.
