Project Description: The Bridges Golf Course was designed in the early 1990s to allow for some residential development along the perimeter of the property. C.S. Davidson, Inc. was contracted to prepare a subdivision plan that would separate the property which contains the tees, fairways, greens and golf cart paths from that which could be developed into lots. The survey crew from C.S. Davidson, Inc. used Global Positioning Systems (G.P.S.) to accurately define the existing golf course features and to delineate the proposed lot lines. |
