Project Description: C.S. Davidson, Inc. completed street and sidewalk improvements at the heavily traveled intersection of E. Philadelphia Street and Roosevelt Avenue within the City of York. Both streets experience major traffic flow as exit routes for the city. A variety of improvements included replacement of portions of the curb and sidewalks, the overlay for a portion of the existing road surface, and construction of both a turning lane and pedestrian island between the two streets. |
