Meeting potential colleagues at regional college and university career fairs is a vital link to identifying talented engineers. C.S. Davidson, Inc. makes campus visits, twice annually, to respected institutions such as Penn State University; Penn College of Technology; University of Pittsburgh; Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University; Drexel University; and Temple University.

One of our primary employment philosophies is to hire recent graduates as Engineers-In-Training. Through these career fairs we are able to utilize our personable staff to help find the best and brightest candidates. We also find most of our summer interns and co-op students through these vehicles.
