Design and construction of streetscape improvements along a 1,200' length of Steinwehr Avenue in Borough of Gettysburg. Corresponds to the location of numerous businesses providing tours and other services related to the adjacent Gettysburg National Military Park (GNMP). Improvements included re-surfacing of roadway, traffic calming devices, revised on-street parking, brick paver sidewalks (coordinated to individual properties), storm water accommodations and modifications, street lamps, landscaping, and various other amenities. Full services provided throughout all phases including technical design, cost estimating and project management. Project adhered to PennDOT's requirements.
