As an Accountant with our firm, you work as a team to carry out the day-to-day accounting, financial, and payroll functions. You are a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional capable of maintaining business transaction records using accounting principles and internal controls. In this role, you manage vendor maintenance, identify subconsultant and reimbursable expenses, and process all vendor invoices and loan payments. You will process weekly timesheets and bi-weekly payroll using best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of BST software preferred
Effective communication with internal and external clients
Experience with ADP software a plus
