As the Administrative Assistant for our Lancaster office, you are the driving force that keeps the office, its people, projects, and processes operating at peak efficiency. You understand the engineering/construction contract administration processes, including contract specifications to offer high-level administrative support to the team. Acting as office manager, you work independently to manage general office operations and building maintenance for maximum performance. Your ability to manage your time and coordinate with team members to achieve shared goals makes you a valuable member of this team.
Three to five years minimum of contract administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF applications
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
