C.S. Davidson is pleased to announce that their employee-owners awarded Robin A. Kohler the 2017 Employee Owner of the Year Award at the annual State of the Company meeting. Robin has been dedicated to the ESOP culture and promoting C.S. Davidson as an employee-owned company since January 2009, when she joined the firm.
She was an inaugural member of the Wellness Committee serving as the secretary from 2009 through 2013 and has been chairman of the Events Committee since 2016 while previously serving as a member since 2014. As chairman, she also holds a seat on the C.S. Davidson ESOP Communications Committee.
Ms. Kohler is responsible for marketing and business development services for the company, and in this role, she interacts with a large number of clients during projects and special events. She is always looking for ways to help others and pitching in when possible, whether work or community-related. Serving the community is a big part of her passion, and as such, she serves as chairman of the Marketing and Public Relations Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of York & Adams Counties and is a member of the Rebranding Committee for York County Literacy Council. Additionally, she serves as President of the Boiling Springs Memorial Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8851 Auxiliary in Cumberland County, and District President of the Department of Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, which includes Cumberland, Dauphin and Lebanon Counties.
