C.S. Davidson Announces Leadership Change

The Board of Directors at C.S. Davidson has announced that Christopher W. Toms, P.E. will serve as the company’s next Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective July 1, 2018. As COO of C.S. Davidson, Toms will continue to build upon the firm’s long-standing commitment to civil engineering excellence by providing strategic and tactical leadership for the Firm. In this role, he will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Firm. In addition to his new role as COO, he will continue to provide clients with the high level of service they have come to expect from C.S. Davidson.

Kerryn Fulton, President and Chief Executive Officer, said that Toms’ “values align with C.S. Toms received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 1995, followed by his Masters of Science degree from Auburn University in 1999. Toms joined C.S. Davidson in 2005 as a municipal engineer in the Gettysburg office.
